Biesse, a globally recognised company specialising in the manufacturing of integrated lines and machines for processing wood, glass, stone, plastic, and composite materials, is excited to launch upgraded features of the Genius CT-Next 61 cutting machine at the upcoming ZAK Glass Technology Expo 2024.
Biesse is introducing the Genius CT-Next 61 at ZAK Glass Technology Expo 2024 with many new added features to suit the needs of the end user in India. The highlight though are below features which have been added to meet the needs of the local glass processing industry.
1. Equipped with Air cushion as an option - The Air cushion facilitates shifting and turning the glass by creating a air cushion between the glass itself and the cutting table thereby making the process seamless. It helps the operator to perform breaking operation on the cutting table itself if the breaking table is engaged in any other operation like cutting templates or special glass.
2. 3-side fence & 1-side photocell light barrier introduced for manual intervention/loading - Since the machine is equipped with fence from 3 sides and one side is open, if at any given point the loader is under maintenance or any special glass sheet has to be cut, it can easily be done from the open side thereby increasing the efficiency.
3. Oil tank capacity has been increased - By increasing the oil tank capacity from 1 + 1 litres to 5 + 5 litres, it enables to run the machine longer, preventing production interruptions for refilling the oil tanks.
